Hey folks,

I have been under the weather so it took me all weekend, but the 2011 FiberCamp AfterParty page is now and tickets will go on sale tomorrow at 8am.

I cannot thank Storey Publishing enough for approaching me about this event. Their sponsorship is allowing us to collect money for a good cause and add a little literary excitment to the party. It’s a great book and I can’t wait to share it and the authors with you all at the party this year.

The Party continues

So, we have one more favor to ask of you awesome party goers and we have one more drawing for you all as well.

As you probably understand, this party is put on by the people who step up and help out, including all you wonderful ticket holders. In that vain, we should really make sure that we thank all those amazing sponsor and prize donors by letting them know we appreciate the, supporting our fun.

Here Ye, Here Ye… A Call for Sponsors

Last year’s party was a fantastic time with proof in the various photos and happy faces throughout the night. This year we want to top the enjoyment, but in order to do so, we will need sponsors to assist us in the monetary side.

For the next month, we will be contacting various folks with different tiers of sponsorship levels. If all goes well like last year, we will have another “Rockin’ grand time!” And if you want to pony up (or should we use “lamb” instead?) and help, we would love to hear from ewe (info at fibercrawl.com)!

Getting things off the ground

So the team and I are getting all the pieces together to get the first FiberCrawl Party together. This team is headed up by the same folks that ran the party last year, but we are trying to make this a regular type of event and support others in putting this together for themselves.
